By accessing and using Quanthium, a service provided by Creatinium LLC, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Quanthium services.
Quanthium is a subscription-based service offering access to a range of API endpoints to enhance functionality of Custom GPTs in OpenAI, accessible at quanthium.io.
Quanthium offers a monthly subscription for its Premium+ package. Fees are payable monthly and in advance. Subscription fees are subject to change with prior notice.
Quanthium offers a refund on the Quanthium subscription under certain conditions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription or any renewal. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.
To request a refund, please contact our support team with your account details and the reason for the refund request. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we find evidence of abuse or unfair usage of our refund policy.
Please note, refunds are processed in accordance with the payment method used for the original transaction. The time it takes for a refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For subscriptions processed through Paddle, all refund requests will be subject to Paddle's terms and conditions as well as our own. We aim to process all legitimate refund requests promptly, but please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Users must register for an account to access Premium+ package. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the security of your account, including the Bearer token.
You agree to use Quanthium services only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. Misuse or unauthorized use of the service may result in termination of your account.
Quanthium implements measures to protect user data, subject to our Privacy Policy. No data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
All rights in Quanthium services and its content, features, and functionality remain the property of Quanthium and its licensors.
Quanthium reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms without liability or notice.
Quanthium may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes implies agreement to the revised terms.
Quanthium is provided "as is" without warranties. Quanthium is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
